Information about Custom Sculpture for your Automobile

• I can create unique sculpture based on your specifications to be permanently mounted on just about any type of vehicle, much like a hood ornament. I am primarily a fine artist, and only do these kinds of commissions on a limited basis - most of my time is spent making the sculptures seen at my main site, here.
• These are hand-made original works of art, and as such, they take many hours to create. The price reflects the cost of my labor and materials, and customized sculptures for automobiles will cost in the range of $200 - $2000, depending on size and complexity of the design.
• As an artist, I am only interested in taking on commissions which are original ideas that I find engaging. I will not consider commissions for things such as corporate logos, lettering or concepts that are under copyright. I will also not consider doing very small work (less than 2"), or pet portraits (you wouldn't believe how common that request is...)
• For custom sculptures such as these, I use a Commission Contract to insure satisfaction by both parties. You can see a blank sample of that contract here.
• I include detailed instructions about mounting the sculptures on your vehicle, and all hardware you need. But you should know ahead of time that you will need to drill 1-4 holes in your vehicle, which is quite easy to do (or you can have your mechanic do this).
